Product: HP Notebook - 15-r264dx TouchSmart (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows + B isn't doing anything. How do I access this laptops BIOS recovery? I have the flashdrive loaded with the update. it's just I can't access the BIOS recovery. help? because its a pretty big paperweight now. black screen, caplock flashes, etc etc. its a brick.
