Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I need suggestions regarding upgrade of BIOS boot to UEFI boot in my Compaq Presario CQ40 model. Original BIOS version/date is - Hawlett-Packard F.51, 17-08-2019. Anyone having experience in resolving this issue please guide me. Thank you

You can't "upgrade" from Legacy BIOS to UEFI; instead, you have to reflash the BIOS chip with the newer UEFI BIOS code.
In the HP BIOS downloads, they have detailed information on what each does. If the version does not specifically indicate this capability, it is not going to do what you want.
