We have recently bought this laptop which we wish to upgrade to W10 Pro.  I have enabled USB boot on on the BIOS settings but it is not restarting from the USB.  What am I doing wrong?  The laptop and USB are brand new.

Apparently there is an upgrade setting in which the product code is entered and the upgrade is already built into the system.  It workded.

Can you access the USB drive from the existing Windows install? If you are doing an in place upgrade, trying to save your existing files and apps you can launch the upgrade from the existing Windows install.

I tried that first but it said 'Install Windows 10 Home' which frightened me off.  The box says W10 Pro and the USB says 'Win10 Eng Intl Home/Pro'.  How to you ensure the Pro version is installled?
