I'm not able to boot my hp pavilion ab522tx laptop with usb booting. Usb booting option is not showing up

Modern PCs have a newer version of BIOS known as UEFI and those have something called Secure Boot enabled by default -- which prevents you from booting from anything other than the built-in OS.  You have to go into the BIOS settings and disable this.

 

You might also have another setting that disables booting from Mobile Devices, and if you do, you will have to disable that.
