Product: HP Chromebook 11A G8 Education Edition
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Put incorrect PIN into enter/open laptop, now it won't let me in at all -- if I go to "I forgot my PIN" doesn't allow me to

put incorrect PIN or anything else.  HELP!!
