HP Pavilion x360 convertible 14-cdxxxx

I would like to ask for a technical support or what do you call that term with regards to my HP Pavilion x360 convertible 14-cdxxx. This is so slow and really frustrating. I did almost everything from scanning, tuning up and other recommendations from the web yet nothing happens. I would only open one or two applications then suddenly it freezes until death. I think you know what I mean. 

The thing is I bought it knowing it could mulittask corei3, 8th gen ,1Tb...yet ot is so useless..
 I've got this last week or something last December 2018..Since then it is very unlikable, I thought I could manage and have patience to it. But now I cannot, since I really have work and studies which needed MULTITASKING/opening programs on its best.
Please, please, please... HELP ME.

This is not HP Tech Support; instead, this is a self-help forum staffed mostly by volunteers.  If you need to talk with HP Tech Support, you need to contact HP Customer Support and have them put you in touch with HP Tech Support -- but, if your PC is no longer under the original warranty, they will charge you a fee up front.
