HP ProBook 440 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4D7R1AV)

Hello all! A few days ago, my laptop starts to perform very strange boot sequence:

1. I am press and hold power button till "Wolf Security" logo appears.

2. Laptop shows "welcome" screen to choose BIOS or Post PowerOn password (I have both enabled).

3. I am entering any of them.

4. Laptop shortly shows "Wolf Security" logo again and then powers off and immediately powers on (without any interaction with me).

5. "Wolf Security" logo appears again.

6. Laptop shows "welcome" screen to choose BIOS or Post PowerOn password.

7. I am entering any of them.

8. Laptop boots as expected depending on my choice (shows BIOS menu or shows GRUB menu).

9. Then all the things work pretty well.

How can I fix this intermediate spontaneous power off/on?
