Victus 15t CMOS Checksum Invalid 502 and now will not power on

My Victus 15t gaming laptop has run in to startup issues. The laptop will not boot up or turn on at all; however, I was first able to power on the laptop by unplugging and plugging battery back in and it would give the checksum error and reboot the bios. I was able to do this a few times and as long as the computer was not shutdown the laptop would run just fine. The unplug and plug in battery stopped working. As a result, I purchased a new battery and replaced it and this did not help the issue. I am unsure of what to try as the battery light indicator for both will charge just fine and will fully charge. Any recommendations? I have looked for a cmos battery but have been unable to find one and assumed the

Thanks for the response. All these options have been exhausted. The computer will turn on sometimes and work just fine until you shut it off again and then there is no response for the power button.
