Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3006tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After turning on my system WINDOWS\system32\cmd.EXE is opening often without my concern and this page disappears after a few seconds. I don't know why this happens and I somehow want to prevent it from happening away and want to know what is the reason for it to open automatically.
