HP ZBook 15 G6 Mobile Workstation

I recently purchased a Refurbished HP Zbook Laptop; it worked fine for about 4 weeks; until this week when it generally refuses to Boot Up due to missing WINLOAD.EFI and WINDLOAD.EXE files.  Sometimes it Boots Up but most of the time it does not.  It finally Booted Up OK; and I have left it on continuously for about 2 days now to avoid loosing its usefullness.

I searched for the Files named  WINLOAD.EXE  and  WINLOAD.EFI; as these are the items specifically mentioned in the error messages from failed Boot Ups.  I did a Disk Search using Windows Explorer; and both of these files are found numerous times (perhaps ten times each) at different locations on the machine; including the 'supposedly missing location' of C:\Windows\System32

Any thoughts or suggestions on a 'workable solution' to this issue?  I'm thinking of returning it to the Refurbisher for them to deal with rather than myself doing any damage to this Computer which would void its Warranty.

Thanks for feedback; this issue looks like its been around in various forms for about 10 Years or so.....
