I bought hp pavilion 14bf105ne in July 2018, and it was the WORST decision. The initial boot-up took 3 hours, and every boot-up since takes at least 5 minutes (SUPER SLOW!) Opening apps takes forever, so it's the most frustrating thing I've ever had to deal with. Often the screen gets hung and the pointer goes missing. This laptop has tested my patience like no other. As a med student, I really don't have the time to deal with this laptop- I can barely use it! I have nothing on it but my study files and books, I've moved everything to the cloud, and yet I'm struggling like never before. I had a Dell before (a touch-screen 16 inch laptop which is no longer in production)- and at 4 years old and much more data on it, that laptop was faster than a brand new hp pavilion 14bf105ne with almost NOTHING on it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS LAPTOP. Save up and get a better one from any other brand.
