For issues concerning being locked out of your PC after a factory reset, you may want to try the following general steps:
Check for Password Recovery Options: If you set up a recovery method when configuring your password, such as answering security questions or using an email, try using those options to reset your password.
Use the Password Reset Disk: If you created a password reset disk before, use it to reset your password.
Windows Account Recovery: If the laptop is tied to a Microsoft account, visit the Microsoft account recovery page through another device to reset your password.
Safe Mode: Restart your computer in Safe Mode and try accessing the administrator account without a password. This doesn't work in all cases but might be worth trying.
