How does one file a warranty claim.

In case of technically unsolvable problems:

(1) There should be a proof of invoice

(2) HP warranty should be valid

(3) HP support should be contacted

(4) If the "product" cannot be repaired, a new "product" should be provided.

(5) The online warranty date is often wrong (mostly the date of manufacture!).

The warranty starts from the date of purchase (invoice) !

Followed the link even though it says you can pick how you want to contact them it never gives tyou the option. keep wanting to to send me to the nearest sevice center which wuldn't be a bad thing if the one they keep tyrng to send me to does not do warrenty work for HP and hven't for two years. cant tel hp that because i can't get to talk to them. very fustrating. soo can someone please tell nme how to file a warrenty claim
