Hello Team,

 

I have purchased an HP OmniBook 7 Flip 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop Next Gen AI PC 16-au0000 before  two-three weeks ago from a Costco (USA), When I check my warranty status online however, it shows that my warranty somehow already began sometime in September 2025 and will end in next 9 month. 

 

I referred to the official HP Support article which says I can dispute this on their warranty page, and when I entered my product serial number and product number, there is unfortunately no "Dispute This" button on the product warranty page.

 

Please suggest how to correct the Warranty for my new Omnibook 7

Since this is a peer-to-peer forum and we do not work for or represent HP, please contact HP customer service starting at the link below to have the warranty start and end dates adjusted to the date you purchased the notebook.
