My 1 month old chromebook no longer turns on. So I would like to get it fixed or swapped under warranty. The warranty is active but when I go to the support page It says-
"This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website."
There are no other links or phone numbers, where do I go from here?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to find the warranty service options for your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
There are certain HP models for which the warranty support is provided by Google directly and I recommend you contact Google and check once.
If you are unable to reach them, you can support the team and they will be able to assist you in this regard.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
