Hi,
My laptop will power on and work for a few minutes, but then it will freeze and I will get the watch dog violation blue screen, and it will reboot. It doesn't matter what I do, this happens. It's been hard to try and fix it because I only have a few minutes with the laptop before it freezes, shuts off, and reboots. I've also noticed my volume is stuck on 100. I can't mute it or turn it down. The volume is being shown in the top right corner of my screen as if I'm holding the button down. Not sure if the two things are related.
I tried to do a recovery on my laptop, resetting it but keeping all of my files. I also tried to delete any program that may have been causing this issue. I haven't downloaded anything recently. Not sure what's going on. Out of ideas! Unable to use my laptop now and could not figured out how to resolve issue as my laptop is out of warrenty

I suggest you run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.

Thank you

After performing the steps which you provided , it took more than 1hour to complete the "Extensive System Test" no error found as a test result. I am not sure what is wrong in my system. I am thinking to Format my PC and install fresh Windows OS on it , But i dont have Windows CD/Bootable Copy with me. Can you help me how to get bootable windows copy which came along with my system.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
When i cam trying to get support by following the steps you mentioned its not helping me out as my laptop is not under warranty now. I am really stuck even though diagnostic report was successful.
I have re-installed the windows by following the steps available to when i entered into System Recovery(F11) before booting. That also didn't solve my problem. Can you please help me how to format the system to install new OS ? I dont have OS with me , let me know where i can download and make the USB bootable ?
