Hi @Sur_Saha,

A warm welcome to HP Community! I'd like to help.

Are you trying to install a retail copy of Windows?

Does the installation continue if you skip the partitioning?

Let me know!

Actually I downloaded the ISO copy of Windows 10(Containing all the versions of Windows 10) from Microsoft's Official Website.

And as a answer of your second query I would like to say that I can't skip the hard drive partition,there was no such kind of option like "Skip".

@Sur_Saha,

As you have mentioned in your post that you're trying to install a retail copy of Windows. HP Does not recommend installing a retail copy of Windows.

In this scenario, I would suggest the next option would be to perform a recovery using the recovery media.

You may follow this link: HP PCs - Obtaining PC Recovery USB Drives or Discs to create a set of recovery media for your PC Or you may contact our HP support team to help you order a set of recovery media for your PC.
