It is a failure code 303. The failure ID indicates a hard disk quick test reports a hard disk failure.

Is the notebook still in warranty? Nevermind. I see the warranty has expired.

You will need to replace the hard disk with a new one.

Your notebook was delivered with a 500 GB sata 2.5" notebook  hard disk.

Guaranteed Compatible legacy  hard disk and SSD products are at the link below this line.

You can upgrade it to a 2.5" mSATA (TLC) SSD

No I I thought had more time to extend it. This would have been the third repair on the same Computer.  T his doesn't make any since. I haven't even had it a full yr yet.

How much would it be to replace it?

according to the warranty check, the warranty has expired.

Purchased on February 18, 2018 end date of warranty was Feb. 07, 2019.

You can replace it with a 500GB SSD for around $67.00 if you do it yourself. See the link in my previous post. That is a great price for an SSD.

You could purcase it yourself and take it to a shop to have the SSD installed .
