Product: HP EliteBook 820 G2 Base Model Notebook PC
Operating System: Linux
Linux Mint 20.3 works fine but, Mint 21.2 does not have a link to the boot partition so won't boot up. The disk manager says the it is mounted on start up but there is no path and I do not know how to create it . So I need to check that I have the latest BIOS version or where to get it as I cannot get any sense out of HP. BIOS HP V: M71 Ver.01.07 date: 07/28/2015, installed. (Also how do I change it?)
Also startup now shows "error communicating to TMP chip" since trying to install MINT21.2. Is this possible to change in the BIOS as the list of access options at start up is not useful to enable me to check any settings.
