Product: Hp notebook 15-ay009dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Great computer until dropped. Hard drive failed shortly thereafter, info on it lost. Purchased and installed new hard drive, but need to sync it all back up to return it to service. Can someone tell me exactly what disc or drive I need? Thank you

Hi:

 

Your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

If your PC is not working, use another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive, to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
