Hi @Alim89,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your laptop might be stuck in a diagnostic or boot menu that’s showing drivers or driver information. Here’s what you can try to get out of this screen.
Restart the Laptop:
- Hard Reboot: Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds to forcefully shut down the laptop. Wait a few seconds, then turn it back on to see if it boots normally.
Access BIOS/UEFI Settings:
- When restarting, repeatedly press the BIOS/UEFI key (usually F2, F10, ESC, or DEL, depending on your laptop) to enter the BIOS/UEFI settings. Look for options to reset settings to default or check if there's an option to exit the diagnostic screen.
Boot into Safe Mode:
- If you can access the boot options menu, try booting into Safe Mode. On most HP laptops, you can access this by pressing F8 or Shift + F8 during startup. Once in Safe Mode, you might be able to resolve driver issues or exit the diagnostic screen.
Perform a System Restore:
- If you have a restore point set up, you can use System Restore to revert your system to a previous state. Access this option from the Advanced Startup Options by holding Shift and clicking Restart from the Start menu.
Check for External Devices:
- Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, peripherals) and try restarting the laptop. Sometimes external devices can cause boot issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
