  This screen typically appears if:

1. You pressed a special key (like Esc or F2/F10/F12) during startup.
2. The system cannot boot into Windows normally.
3. You manually entered the HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI.

Recommended Steps

1. Exit the Diagnostics Menu
   • Select Exit and choose Continue Startup to attempt booting into Windows.
2. Check Boot Order
   • If Windows does not start, press Esc → F10 (BIOS Setup) during startup.
   • Verify that your internal SSD/HDD is listed as the first boot device.
3. Run Diagnostics if Needed
   • If your laptop still cannot boot, you can run the Device Tests from this menu to check for hardware issues (e.g., storage or memory failure).
