When I try to book Password Reset tool from USB says error 0x0000225

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My BCDEdit says system tag or something like that systemrestore, I think is preventing entering the software says to insert my Windows Media and click Fix Computer but doesn't work how do I change the boot status to normal not systemrestore?

That is an error code associated with a crashed Windows system -- and in this case, that means your PC is not booting from the USB stick but instead, trying to boot from Windows and failing in the process.

No, it doesn't solve the question

 

It does normal boot and not it hasn't crash it just says systemrestore
