My BCDEdit says system tag or something like that systemrestore, I think is preventing entering the software says to insert my Windows Media and click Fix Computer but doesn't work how do I change the boot status to normal not systemrestore?

That is an error code associated with a crashed Windows system -- and in this case, that means your PC is not booting from the USB stick but instead, trying to boot from Windows and failing in the process.
