Product: ENVY 360x m 15 inches
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My envy HP 360m computer broke and the screen and the hdmi,USB are broken. I removed the hard drive into a M2 USB and connected to my new HP envy 360 m. It is asking me for a 48-digit recovery key to unlock the drive. I have the original box and docs. Don't find the key. What can I do?

Microsoft may keep it for you. Please use you Microsoft account to retrieve Bitlock key
