Product: HP Stream 7 Tablet - 5709

I've dusted off my old HP Stream 7 from many years ago and realize that I should reinstall Windows 8.1 to make this more usable. I had upgraded it to Windows 10 some time ago, which degraded its performance a lot.

 

Although I had made recovery media years ago, I think the odds of me finding it are slim to none.  Does anyone know how I could go about getting Windows 8.1 recovery media for this?
