Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • I use a 9480m HP system, anytime powered off or on sleep mode, it keeps blinking a white background at the corners of the screen. when I removed the battery, it all went off but when I connected the battery back, it started without powering on. Please I hope it's not a screen problem?
