Pavilion Core
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I recently purchased an HP Pavilion Core with i7 core processor and the first word which I want to say about this product is "extraordinary". My first laptop which I purchased was also from HP which was "HP Pavilion g6". I am the Manger of tilers Perth company and want to get rid of this issue.

I have a similar issue which I get from my previous laptop and I think this is the best platform which will solve my query.

Whenever I reboot my system then it takes more time than it should have.

I have no idea about how much time any laptop has to take to properly reboot the system but I am aware that it does not take this much time which I noticed on my laptop.

I have very little knowledge regarding hardware and software of any system but I am sure that there is no such problem from my side or I did not change any settings.

I want to know its solution and also why this is happening to me always?

There is no issue regarding shut down the laptop as this is the only problem that bugs me now as it takes my valuable time.

Thanks for having me here and all the efforts that you will make to answer my query.

I hope that you will answer me as soon as possible.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

To assist you better we first need to know how long it takes to boot up. Since there are no other laptops of similar configurations with you for you to compare the boot time, it is difficult to assume whether it's taking a long time to boot up or not

You mentioned that the Notebook works fine otherwise. Does it take a long time to load the desktop after you sign it or does it take long time to reach the sign in password screen?

Meantime follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06205027 for performance issues and check if that helps

Thank you
