I bought a Unitek USB 3 Hub which also has a HDMI socket about 2 years ago.

I run 2 HP 24 " monitors. One from the Laptop HDMI socket and the other from the Unitek USB 3 hub. I set the 17"  Laptop screen to turn off on boot up.

The laptop was fine until 2 weeks ago the computer would not boot up Windows.

Before I turn on the computer I now have to disconnect the hub leaving the one 24" monitor connected to the Laptop HDMI socket & it boots up windows fine.

I then connect the hub and both 24" HP monitors work fine.

Can anyone help me with this problem and why  has it suddenly come about.

I have seen similar problems on other forums but cannot find a solution.
