Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried booting my laptop as normal but when clicking the power/boot on button it would return flashing. So I  followed instructions I read on another post about removing/unplugging the battery and re plugging/reconnceting the battery. After following these steps the laptop will not turn on at all, no flashing light from the power button or ac light. 

my product is still under warranty, is there anything else I can do to hopefully fix this issue?

I understand that your notebook is not booting, I am glad to assist you.

This seems to be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
