help me please my pc has been acting up recently in the past few days its showed a lot of error codes and its culminated with me unable to use it at this point the failure id is: 6fg47t-884b13-mfpwlk-60f503

Hello,


The test found a problem with your hard drive and it may need to be replaced. If possible, back up your personal files to a flash drive or external hard drive as soon as you can.

The procedure for replacing the hard disk drive can be found in the HP manual below on pages 69 and 70.
