Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

To try and make this clear this is what happened.

Basically I tried to do a full reset with the HP recovery and an error popped up and it restarted my computer, afterwards it had a boot issue which stated to insert some sort of operating system. I decided to download the windows 10 installation within my USB and plugged it unto the laptop, when it started up I managed to complete a few steps of the installation but once I had to choose a driver, it said no driver found and to press load driver, and still no drivers were found. Would I have to download some driver on another computer and place it on my usb for the installation? Also, I did the memory test and hard drive test, both ways fast and extensive.

Please run few Windows updates, Windows will find right drivers for you BUT you need to connect to internet, you can download network drivers from a differen machine and install to your machine.

Regards.
