HP ENVY TouchSmart 15-j050us Quad Edition Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP Support Community,

Background: My HP ENVY Touchsmart 15 laptop has been working flawlessly, and it seems there is no problem at all. I recently just built a pc and decided to use the SSD that has always been running in my laptop as the second drive in my PC. However, I didn't know that I should back up all the data, wipe clean, and reformat before installing it in the PC. It results that my PC windows collapse and now my laptop can't read the drive. I have bought a brand new SSD thinking it would solve the problem, but no signals.

When I install new Window 10 Pro on my laptop, it was not able to detect internal hard drive. I tried to load the Intel Rapid Storage Tech drivers (RST), f6flpy x64 drivers but no results (I checked off the box "do not show drivers that are not compatible with my laptop").

After lurking millions of different forums, I thought the best idea is to try to get an answer from you.

Any help and/or hint on how to try to solve this would be much appreciated!

Thank you!
