The 24 character error code does confirm a memory module failure.
As your notebook is still under warranty, my best advice would be to contact HP and arrange for repair.

I have the same problem
I did tests quick check passed
Short day failed
Failure id GUQEMS-8LA9QB-XD7X7F-6OXBO3
I already suspect the hhd had failed
Could you point me in the right direction for a replacement and how to get everything back on or Windows 10 etc
