Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can't start my Laptop (Pavillon) because of bad system config info error.

I get blue screen and can not start Windows. I tried troubleshooting options:

-Uninstall Windows updates (can't uninstall)

-system restore (no restore point found)

-reset this pc (didn't work, no further information )

-startup settings (tried different options, nothing worked)

-cmd: sfc, chkdsk, bcdedit, pnputil/add-driver

-no files in windows32/config/regback 

-boot from usb stick:

--repair installation wants me to start windows and open repair option from there (not possible)

--installation option:installed windows to other partition, can't start Windows from there

-hp fast check: passed

 

Only known change before blue screen: automatic windows update
