The last thing i did before this happened was just do some windows updates, i've tried doing a system restore, start up repair, resetting my pc, safe mode and uninstalling updates. The only thing that seemed to work was the command prompt but most stuff that i looked up on the internet didn't work like sfc /scannow and the dism stuff, also tried following something that was called a regback but the stuff that appeared didn't match the one's on the guide so i just exited as per their instructions. Lastly i tried reinstalling windows using a usb turned on legacy and turned safeboot off and placed usb on the very top of the boot thing, the laptop doesn't seem to detect it though. I apologize if my english is horrible
