Windows 10 not loading

Hp Elitebook Folio 9480m
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use a Hp Elitebook Folio 9480m. Recently, when i turn off the system to turn it on again, the Windows doesn't load. It just displays the hp logo and this goes on for hours. I pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del several times but it kept returning to the same screen. However, the system returns normal after 10-12 hours or sometimes, 2 days. This has been repeating itself for over two months. What could be the problem?

Windows 10 not loading

Hello, you can execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.
