HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec1000 Laptop PC (9EK37AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello there. I have been having problems with my laptop for quite a while now (2 months now, almost 3), and here is the situation:

The laptop when it was recieved i had installed windows 11 on it, the OS then after some time of useage it was showing a BSOD and not booting, i tought that was a windows 11 bug and then proceeded to install windows 10 on it. The same issue was present. I have installed the latest drivers and such, the laptop was even sent in for service and the result was that there is no issue with the hardware, they said they have tested the laptop with win 11 and the latest drivers, used diagnostic tools and even used another hard drive and it still worked great with no BSOD. Then when i got it back i proceeded to do the same, installed windows 11, updates, drivers etc. and now a few days later the problem appeared again. I used BSODviewer to find out which driver is causing the problem and it appears to be the ntoskrnl.exe driver. I do not know how to solve this problem, my computer works, but will BSOD before it restarts to properly boot and sometimes randomly freezes and crashes. I have a restore point created in case that it is stuck in a loop.

I will provide the necessary minidump files:

I would appreciate any help that i would get.

Thanks - Filip
