We have already done this, we found the Bios USB not to be UEFI, so the PC can see the USB and it’s files, it tries to Boot from USB as commanded but fails.

even a windows repair USB, it still will not boot. We used same USB into another laptop to boot, and worked fine.

I have no caps lock flashes.

again, the computer was updating the bios and was interrupted (not via human/forced shut down) at update screen, I commanded ‘no’ yet the computer did attempt to install something before this command, then must of reverted back, restarted to a black screen only power loop.

bios recovery states it’s completed, yet blue screen error 500 appears to same results on restart.

No legacy mode, all hardware tests pass.

Thank you, I did as followed and after a sore 1 minutes hold fingers - Win + B.

Worked, next test will be for a general restart.

Windows update is stating its Up to date.

Thank you very much for persistence
