I want to format my PC. But I have a second hand old pc. Its BIOS Version is V1.14 and I saw youtube videos to format my PC. But their system of format(bios setup and boot menu) is different from me. So I am getting problem in formating. Plz help

First off, you do not format a PC; instead, you format a drive.
Second, you do not do that from the BIOS, but boot into a formatting tool and use that.
Third, if what you want to do is install a Windows OS on the drive, the Windows installer is capable of formatting the drive and you do not need a separate tool for this.
