Product: HP Laptop PC 15-da3021ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Windows 7 is not installed when the Windows 7 logo appears on the screen, it freezes.
If you boot from the Windows 8.1 disk and run the Windows 7 installer via CMD, then everything will be installed.

But at startup it also freezes on the splash screen.

 

What could be the reason and how to solve the problem with installing Windows 7?
