Now do I go to the UEFI Boot order or Legacy Boot Order to go to the DVD to install the Windows 10?

Turn on or restart the PC.

 

Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the DVD drive and press the Enter key.
