Product: HP 430 Notebook
As I turn on my HP 430 notebook, it leads me to Windows Boot Manager screen and it wanted me to choose an operating system to start. However, I've got only one operating system and one option on the screen which is Windows 7. The bad thing here is that nothing happens when I press Enter, Tab or Esc buttons to perform any action. Please help!

Hi,
That happens when boot manager of operating system is missing or corrupted usually.
But since nothing is coming up on clicking the operating system listed there in boot manager, then it may be that either hard drive is bad or operating system is corrupted.
You've to do the tests first.
Tap away ESC key just as you power on laptop - this should take you to System Diagnostics of BIOS.

Hi,
Press Power button for 5 seconds to shut down laptop
Tap away F2 or ESC key AS SOON AS YOU POWER ON laptop, go to System Diagnostics, perform extensive hard drive and memory tests. Let it complete.
Report back with results.
Have you created HP Recovery USB using HP Recovery Manager after first setup of this notebook?
