HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg2000 IDS Base Model

When turning on my laptop I am all of a sudden met with a blue screen saying "Recovery It looks like Windows didn't load correctly". I have tried every troubleshooting option provided by the laptop including a factory reset and am met with this error every time. I took the laptop to a Geek Squad and they said this usually means a hard drive corruption/failure. I did not ask Geek Squad to fix it as it would have cost $85 just to ship and diagnose it and I have already purchased a protection plan thru HP.

The laptop is just over a year old but I purchased the "HP 3-year Pickup and Return with Accidental Damage Protection for Consumer Notebooks". I have been trying to find a way to contact HP directly to get this issue resolved but have been unsuccessful so far.
