Product: Hp pavilion 15 notebook pc

I have a black screen that says Windows failed to start insert your Windows installation disc restart your computer choose language next repair your computer however I do not have a hardware disc. It says the boot configuration data for your PC is missing or contains errors. I have run all the diagnostic testing and it failed it gave me error q a n o x x - 7 af-9 n e m f TV 6K - 600 SS 03 I don't know what to do

Have you tried booting into Recovery?
