My computer worked two days ago and now I’m getting an error that says windows boot manager when it starts up. The hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem it gives me reasons but i don’t have a disc. It tells me to assess status: 0XC000000F , but and I’m in a loop screen where if I hit enter takes me to the other screen which tells me to choose a system to start, or press tab to select a tool. If I hit enter it takes me back to the other screen and if I do the memory problem test it says that the test is completely finished and no problems have been detected.

Hi @CRZLLC
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "0x.." error.
To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
While you respond to that, let's try these steps to test the hardware -
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4. Click Extensive Test.
If the hardware is fine, try restoring the computer -
1. Shutdown the computer.
2. Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3. Press F11 once for System Recovery.
4. Choose the Keyboard Layout.
5. Click on Troubleshoot.
6. Go to Recovery Manager and click on System Restore.
7. Choose a Restore point or a Restore date when the computer was working fine.
8. Click on OK to initialize the System Restore.
