Hi,

 

Kindly check if this will do the trick. Shut your computer down

 

Try booting up your computer then immediately tap away esc button then select Troubleshoot then follow the steps if you can.

 

Trouble Shoot -> Advanced Options -> Command Prompt -Enter the commands below then press enter. Example: Type Bootrec /scanos then press enter

 

bootrec /scanos

bootrec /rebuildbcd

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /fixboot

chkdsk c: /f /r /x

 

After running the commands your computer should restart and will automatically install windows update. Sometimes it will take for a while to update. Just extend your patience and wait until your computer restarted successfully. DONT LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER UNATTENDED

Hi,
Only startup menu is opening, tried 3 to four times. But booting,
Information
F1---system info
F2---system diagnostic
F9--- boot device options
F10-- Bios recovery
F11---system recovery
Tried bios recovery, but no luck
And also tried f11 it redirect to error screen.

Sorry for the late reply. Please try accessing F2 Diagnostics and run a test

 

Select English

Select Component test > Hard drive check > Extensive test >Run once

 

Extensive test will run for 5-6 hours or longer.. Please update us with your concern
