Hello, I have an Hp gaming pavilion system with intel optane memory 16GB, 1TB HDD, 4gig GTX 1050 and 8 gig ram. My pc all of a sudden froze and I tried a hard restart by holding down the power button and it led to a blue screen with error code 0xc000021a so I used recovery option and using CMD I tried to disable some things during startup hoping this would help solve the problem but it left me in a "please wait" screen during startup and it stuck there forever. I need help to recover my windows from this state.
