I tried locating my notebook via Microsoft account upon finding it I decided to push the lock button to see how well it worked assuming I could easily unlock it from the same microsoft account site unfortunately after locking it I didn't see the option to unlock it anywhere. The lock button just remained and that's it. when I would try to type in any pin it would say device administrator has locked the computer. I have searched everywhere and I cannot find any solution that works. Nothing in the boot menu seems to work either such as repair or recover nor do I have any USB recovery discs of any sort I simply just need to know how to unlock my own computer so that I can get my files back. If I try to press can't find my pin or can't remember my PIN it does nothing but go right back to the same screen and there's no option to do anything else and I also cannot fix this problem by going into safe mode.
