Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi on my Hp notebook, I rebooted it and logged on. Initially, it was stuck on "Preparing Windows" for about 15 Minutes but after that it's been stuck on "Just a moment" for a very long time now. Can you please tell me what I to do in order to fix this and start using my laptop normally again?

Try doing a System Restore-choosing a date before the problem started.. Works in Windows 8 & 10:

If no joy_next try a Reset to repair your Windows installation:

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This should bring up a menu. Tap F2 for System Diagnostics.

Firstly I just connected to WiFi and got through the login screen, afterwards it told me "Oops, Couldnt perform that action right now" and so I logged in. I got a message telling me that I'm a temporary user (even though I have logged in) and I can't find any of my files or old settings. Then I switched it off and performed a system extensive test and everything was passed but I'm still getting the same problem. It only recognises me as a temporary user and I just can't seem to find my files and old settings.

By the way, before It shows me the "Oops, please try again" message, it shows me "Preparing Windows". Any idea what's wrong ?
