Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello

HP 15-ef1027ca HD laptop

Two nights ago  the computer did automatic updates. Yesterday morning was able to use.  Last night turned on the laptop, sign in with pin.. then black screen.   

I have tried:

rebooting - nothing…

pressing Cntrl+alt+windows button+shift and B - nothing..

Cntrl+alt+shift+B and hear a beep then nothing happens

 

Tried f8 and f8+ shift and can not get into safe mode.  

f10 will allow me into bios setup  however not sure what to do there 

 

Any assistance would be great.

P.S. I asked this question as Zarbie and could not find it.  I think the original post went into desktop area.
